Meet the Director

Mrs. Melissa Allard has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Houston with Texas certification in early childhood through sixth grade education. For the last 16 years she has worked in early childhood teaching and directing preschool programs. Her husband Michael is the children’s pastor here at Crossroads Fellowship. She has four children who currently attend Crossroads Early Learning Center and shares a personal interest in the success of our school.
